As lily sits in the window enjoying the morning sunlight I ran to grab my camera because I liked the lighting. When I was photographing her she looked at me for a moment then went back to her sunbathing. Little Lily has not been featured as my “SOTD” in a while so here ya go.

Did you do a double take when looking at this photo of Mr. Matty?

It may not look like we are home but we are… Well at my Mom and Dad’s and that is like a vacation too. But here is the deal about this humming bird photo. My parents feed the humming birds and boy do they come. At one time they have had 13 hummers eating or hanging out to eat at one time. So as the sun went down I caught a some photos of this guys and this is my favorite photo from the day.

The sunset was in my favor this evening as we went to go and see the lost whales Delta and Dawn. It was a bitter sweet moment for me. I felt so lucky to witness a moment in history but so sad for these beautiful whales. I wish them luck as the head home to the magic salt water where they belong.  Please enjoy all my photos from Dawn & Delta time in the Sacramento Harbor.
